when can i get the php v3?????

i think i will need the php v3 for my site to operate but they do not allow new users this setting.... when can i get a v3??:dunno:

We rarely allow PHP v3 because it is a security risk. So unless you have a very good reason and show that you know what you are doing it is unlikely that you will get it.
