When I try to open my site - x10Hosting says:"Website Specified Doesn't Exist".

Hi,

I have my hosting account with x10hosting for last few months.

My site.. mohitz.x10.mx was working perfectly. but for last few days, I am getting this message : "Website Specified Doesn't Exist".

Can anyone guide me what should be the issue..??

Problem: Querying ns1.x10hosting.com gives the IP of his domain mohitz.x10.mx as 69.175.6.102 , which is rain.x10vps.com I believe. His account is on boru. So going to his account URL gives the 'does not exist' page.
