When visiting my site, it downloads it instead of goes showing it!

This happened a while back but I can't figure out what the problem is! When visiting my site, no matter which URL I type into the url bar (/Forums.html , or post URLs, etc.), it downloads that page automatically as a file instead of showing it to me in my browser! I deleted all of the files on my site and uploaded Wordpress, and the same thing was happening! So then I re uploaded a backup of my old site from when it was WORKING, and it is STILL doing the same problem! Downloading the webpage as a file and just showing me a blank page!

Please help, I will not publically post the URL though, because even my PHP and config files download automatically when you type them directly into the URL bar!!

Thank you for sending me a private message. It appears that this was being caused by a line in your .htaccess file. I have corrected the line, and your site now appears to be loading again.
