When will service be back?

Cossacks has been down for about a week now.. I'm losing a lot of viewers, and it's hard for me to transfer as I was never able to make a backup (Even though it has stated to make backups throughout the downtime, I was unable to as all my server files went missing). When will my site be back up? I just don't believe a week of downtime can be explained. I understand that this is a free service, but I did not sign up to get poor service. I wouldn't have signed up if I saw a review that said it was down for a week. I apologize for my rant.

This was an unexpected server move, and things are taking longer than we all estimated. You can try logging into the new server through ftp using fris.x10hosting.com as the url or cPanel at https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083 Some have reported that they can access their files just fine. Others have said they don't see their files because their account hasn't been restored yet.

Cossacks had a bad hard drive and the admins backed up all the files in the safest manner. Unfortunately, it is also one of the slower methods.
More than 60% of the accounts have been restored so it is making progress.
