Where are my files?

I'm on the server LEVEL. I know about the migration update as http://status.x10hosting.com/
My site w3epic.com is down for about three days...
Yesterday I saw there are no files.. Is it the part of the migration update process?

Your site and data files are NOT "gone" - they are being moved to a server cluster with new hardware - they will be 'back'
