Where are the VPS "dedicated" plans?

I remember, there were dedicated resource plans for vps. where are they now? i can't find the links to them. I have a vps with you where i have a chat room installed. The rtmp server goes down often. maybe it's because of resource limit hit. how do i upgrade to dedicate resource plan?
