Although now gone, in SMF forums it was the bottom below the copyright and centered. In the actual site it was centered above the news.

Just a word of warning. You are not allowed to put the ad at the bottom of the page or you will be suspended. I was suspended for doing just that.

I know you're not suppose to be it at the bottom for some reason people never venture to the end of a document...I deleted those forums anyway.
