Where do people link hosting accounts to forum accounts when they become unlinked?

I have been trying to access my control panel and received this error message:

An error occurred while processing your hosting account request. The error that occurred was fatal to the request and unable to be resolved automatically. The error details provided are the following: The error that occurred was a system-related error.

I then tried to log into my account panel and recieved this error message:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

There isn't any information in the knowledge base and I also tried the live chat on community.

Can you help me pleaseeee?!?!?
