add :2082 to the end of your subdomain.

Example: joemamma.x10hosting.com:2082

EDIT: Corey's right, always include your subdomain and cPanel username when asking for help in this forum. This just happens to be a problem that can be solved without much info.

have you got your hosting approved? If so you would have got an email and a PM to tell you the login details. You cannot get an account by just joining this forum. YOu have to go to the sign up page.
