where is my MySQL Database???!!!

Where is my MySQL Database? I had my database and now, when I can open PHPMyAdmin is error:

#1129 - Host 'absolut.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'


What happened? Where is my database?

In MySQLDatebases Panel is empty area and information: "There are no databases associated with your account."

and I can't create new datebase.

Please, help me recover my datebase!
