Where is my site?

I'm having trouble with www.winchestercomputercare.tk all of the files and directories that vanished earlier have returned, but now I cannot access my site via FTP or through the file manager to make changes. Every time I try I get a message telling me the transfer failed. When I logged into the cPanel to have a look at my FTP accounts...there are none listed and it will not let me put them back.

I am really getting tired of this...to the point that I may look elsewhere for hosting.
