where is my site?

i've installed the phpbb3 script in /forum with softaculous, but everytime i follow the link, it takes me to hosting.x10hosting.com with a message saying website specified does not exist. help!!! ive tried typing the domain manually, tried going directly to where ive installed phpbb script and the same happens every time. what am i doing wrong?

When I type in the URL of your website followed by /forum/ I see a phpBB forum titled "Console Veterans".
Please try clearing your browser cache and try again.

oddly enough, it wasn't doing that earlier. oh well, at least it's working now.
however, a new query presents itself. i've uploaded a script i want to install, but when i get to where i have to put my database connection in i just get a message saying
' The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.'

all my database details are correct. is this to do with downtime on the server or am i being really dense?
