Just wait for an email with a response to your situation from the ticket. Hit reply to that email and respond to keep up correspondence. All replies are appended to your ticket, so you don't even need to see the ticket yourself and you have a record of the communication in your email.

My post http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/112759-domain-change-issue.html#post642823 says that they escalated to a ticket but when I login to the ticket site to view the status there is no tickets open. http://support.x10hosting.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=18671 double stuck...

I refreshed again and get this:

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172

Ticket system is not working at the moment.. Admins are performing lot of backend upgration..
