Where is the file manager?

I'm using free hosting and trying to upload files as described here:
https://www.x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Upload_Files_to_Your_Website
But I can't find the file manager link. Does that require a premium account?

Hi, you can open the file manager in the Basic cPanel theme by navigating to the My Domains page and clicking on the ~/public_html directory name. Alternatively you may use the Websites > Create button to create a new 'custom' website and then follow the file manager icon that displays on that created website.

You can use the [ File Manager ] in cPanel x3 by clicking the "Switch Theme" button in the top right corner (after you log-in) - which will toggle you between x10Hosting Basic and cPanel x3 - once in cPanel x3, you will see a icon for [ File Manager ]
