Can someone please explain the concept of a community support forum ?

ive had major difficulties over the last 48 hours asking questions of this very

forum and nothing in reply ?

can someone from admin please look at my posts over the last 2 days and give

me some answers!

i need help and its not forthcomig in any way shape or form !

Can you link us to your original question? The last several posts have been you complaining why no one answers...but I could not find the question.
