I understand that after 30 days of not logging in to one's free x10hosting account, the domain will be suspended for "inactivity."
However, recently my account was suspended for inactivity, despite the fact that I am sure that I logged in just 3 weeks ago (at most).
So, I am worried that the way that I typically sign in to my account does not count as a "legitimate" sign in.
There are two possible ways to sign in to an x10hosting account:
Option #1: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
This is the link you'll see if you go to https://x10hosting.com and click the "SIGN IN" button in the top-right corner of the screen.

I have the direct "File Manager" xo4 URL for my website bookmarked in Chrome. The reason that I bookmarked this URL is because it saves me the extra step of having to "Standby" while cPanel loads and then having to click the "File Manager" button under "Files".
If I navigate to my File Manager bookmark after not visiting the site in a couple hours, I will be automatically redirected to a login webpage that says:
"Your session cookie is invalid. Please log in again."

As you can see, this webpage looks quite different than the previous screenshot.
So, my question is, if I log in to my x10hosting account directly via the cPanel login page (i.e., in the second screenshot above), will that still reset the 30-day timer?
