Received feedback regarding unable to multi site-post a wordpress plugin.

Error detected: Connection Failed. We suspect that Imunify360, a security layer added by your host, is causing this problem. Please contact your host to whitelist your Dashboard IP in their system. If you need help determining your MainWP Dashboard site IP address, check with your hosting provider.
Click here to see response from the child site.

The directions are to whitelist 173.236.165.210.
I cannot make any changes as this is set by admin.

Regards,
Jim

What is the IP : 173.236.165.210.

Correlate to? We generally do not allow any white listing on our free services so we need to know what this IP and why this is required./

As stated, I have a wordpress plugin that posts to multiple domains. During troubleshooting, it was discovered that x10 Imunify360 created a new rule that is blocking the wordpress from posting to this domain.

I actually paid for an upgrade so it's not "free service"
