Whm error: the dns entry already exists. (code create_2)

hallo,
I have a problem with registration of a account:
Domain i wanted: theisland.pcriot.com

i fill up the whole form nd also recieve the conformation emails.
1. x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Confirmation
after sum minuted i get this email:
2. x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Status

nd in the email it stands:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was: 

Whm error: the dns entry already exists. (code create_2)

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup

If you keep receiving this error, please post on our forums for support or forward this email to support@x10hosting.com.

I tired to register again nd again.. and every time i get the same email with this error.
