Why after suspension my site doesn't connect with mysql data base...?

Why after suspension my site doesn't connect with mysql data base...? : Error establishing a database connection.
I tried everything. I change file on server, I change mysql tables .... nothing helped
please help - I'm fighting with that 2days.... please
