Why am i able top upload only 16MB max

i am only able to upload 16 mb max file size even if when i try to upload file in GB's
THROUGH FTP...

That limit was put in place on FTP to help prevent the uploading of warez.

Guess what I just found on your site anyways though. You have now been permanently suspended for distributing at least 1 warez copy of Mobil Edit which comes with a registration patch. This violates US Copyright and Software Piracy laws, so I hope you had backups cause the entire account just went away permanently.
