When the weather turns warmer, I will probably bike in and out of town ( 3 1/2 miles to town from my house ... up and down some good sized hills ) ...

Make the improper fractions into mixed numbers. The fat of America easily spews into the people of the other country. Hence why we can have 7 in 3, or 2 and 1/3rd person is the amount of fat one person in America has.

No, I already explained that those were improper fractions that you must convert to mixed numbers to have the body fat of an American compared to the average boy fat of the world.
