Why are IP from our country blocked?

I am a user from Vietnam. Now, we can't access to our host normally. We only receive 500 Internal Server Error but we still can access to our Cpanel. Can you explain why and how we can get a solution for it?

Thats an error on your part (PHP needs fixing, just wait), not your IP being blocked...

You can't get help without posting some sort of account details. I have no clue what your account is so I can't look and see what is wrong.

Cpanel Username: tung

I can access to root folder thanhtung.x10hosting.com via HTTP but when I click on a folder, there is an 500 Internal Server Error. ANd when I try to access to your homepage: http://x10hosting.com, I receive this:

My friend tried to access to your homepage by faking IP with US, EN and FR socks and he can access to your site without any error => Maybe administrator blocked IPs from Viet Nam, so you should explain why?

Yes, but they are possibly using an updated DNS resolver cache.

7 days ago, i could not access my website but i can access Cpanel. Today, I can not access my cpanel too.
When i tried to connect to : http://khanhduy301.x10hosting.com:2082 , my IE redirected me to OpenDNS. Is my account removed ? I've added your banner.
