why can not I sign up for a free hosting account?

Why free hosting registration being banned in some countries? I've been using x10 hosting and know this is a good hosting. How can I register a free hosting?

Some countries have been blocked due to excessive abuse (spamming, warez, copyright infringement, etc - not small violations, but the big major ones); if you're in one of those countries, we currently have no way to manually create the hosting account for you.
