why cannot i access my account in x10hosting.com's homepage........although i m able to access my cpanel but i m not able to access my account page in the homepage.........

and also when i try to post in the level 2 support forum it says i need permissions therefore i m posting here.........

Level 2 is for staff and admin to move threads to. The right forum for this would have been the "Free Hosting" forum.

When you say you can't access your hosting panel, you mean after loging in it says you will be redirected in 5 secs and then says you need to log in. If so then please click that link that tells you are to be redirected in 5 secs.
