Why can't I log in?

I just signed up for x10 hosting Thursday (username-scottbu1) and registered the subdomain "sbonline.exofire.net" and set up a phpBB forum, and when I go to the website (sbonline.exofire.net/forum) it says that there was an internal server error.:dunno:

Also, when I try to log into my account on the x10Hosting home page, it says that my username was not found. Please Help!

...becuase the login at x10hosting.com is your login name for the forums, which is seperate to your cPanel login.
