Why can't I logon to chopin or see my website???

I currently cannot login to the chopin cPanel which I was using starka cPanel..... Why can't I login?

My website is down... Why can't I view it?


PLEASE HELP! its urgent!

Free hosting servers are being migrated. The last server left is Chopin.

People who were on Starka seem to be the ones that are affected. My account and a friend's are on Chopin and have not had problems.

It might relate to DNS and the speed of propagating changes.
