Why can't I post responses in this forum?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this post. but here goes.

At the moment I have found that I can't post responses to the other threads in this forum,
I get this message every time:

"verbsite, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Am I meant to be able to post in this forum because I'm not sure, and if not then why not?

1.) Regular users will no longer be able to reply to other's support threads. There is WAY too much confusion being spread by members who reply to support threads with WRONG information.
