Something is wrong with your index file on your account, your account is not suspended. Try replacing it.

i just checked your site and indeed there are a lot of folders... and some are restricted access...

yes u can....maybe u would like to delete some duplicate folders like index and home which u are having phpBB forum in there. :shaun:

I get this when i try to delete them: Allow deletion of non-empty folders is disabled
