Why do we need to use the forum to have a website

Why do we have keep posting on the forum to keep a website running
I sure not everybody has the time to do this all of the time.
Please just make free web hosting and domain name without the need to post on the forum.

You don't have to post, just log in. When you do that, make sure to check News/Announcements in case there's anything important posted there.
