Why Does My Site Keep Going Down?

Why does my site keep going down? A lot of the time when I'm working on it, it goes down or times out and if I'm saving work on there when it does, it gets lost. I tried it on serveral computers at school and mine at home and it will be working fine for a while and go down for a while every random(30) minutes or so. Your site is loading and working fine for me at the moment.

EDIT: Servers are working fine right now.

(BTW - Is there an option to turn off some of the design of the forums because I have dialup and it's terrible...)

I'm still having the problem. It will go down and I have to wait 10 minutes before it goes back up. It's still happening about every random(30) minutes.

BTW - you can tell by looking at my signature on my posts. It is a dynamic sygnature. If the site is up, then you should see my signature, if not, then it won't show up until it is back up the next time you come back to a message I've posted.
