why does search of forum not work?

Try as I might I can't seem to search forums, there may be an answer to this query but since I can't search for it...any help appreciated

Can you explain your difficulty with a little more detail?
What happens when you enter a search term in the Search box at the top of the forums?

Hi Carl,

This is what I do:

• enter perl into the search box and click Search
• takes me to Advanced Search
• I select Forums from the tick boxes
• I enter the Image Verification
• I click Search Now
• I get Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

...every time I try a search

IF you are looking for info on perl, It was disabled due to some abuse a couple weeks ago.
