why does x10 keep deleting my account?

TWICE I have made an account on x10 and TWICE my accounts been deleted within two months. Im not voiding any terms of service or hosting what-so-ever but they keep feeling the need to boot me. To top it off, the server my site was on recently has been down 98% of the time so i couldn't even edit it.

Something like this rarely happens from what I know. If anything, since November (if that's when you registered) there has been two server moves, so perhaps that's why your sites keep going down and missing. That's my first guess without knowing any more information about the whole issue.
