why I can't connect to ftp??

hello.

I realize that I can't connect to ftp. The message is write my password and the user name are doesn't match...can anybody tell me how to solve the problem?

My account is suspended by x10hosting. and my suspension reason code is SPND_RUSAGE3. Can you please tell me that what should i do and how can i solve the problem please. I really not idea at all.

Hi jclpk21,

Your hosting account is suspended for high resource usage

1st and 2nd high resource usages can be unsuspended by yourself in account panel.

For 3rd the staff has to to do it for you.


Regarding the ftp.

You have to use server as our domain name.

username is your cpanel username and its password. Check and try again
