Why is it suspended within an hour?

It supposes to be 2 weeks or something like that.

I think you guys should fix that...

It's happened already many times this week.

It's just a buggy symptom of the server upgrades.

I'm not sure how the other guys sorted it in the end though. Either they waited, & it fixed itself, or most probably they got a Support ticket.
