why is my account suspended?

the account was unsuspended on May 7. Now it is suspended again on May19. I have logged into the forums within the past 2 weeks. Can you please explain to me in precise terms what EXACTLY is required to keep an account running?

There are the forums, the account panel, and cPanel....... what needs to be logged into, how often and for how long....... it should not be this difficult to use your hosting.

Hello, your account does not show up as suspended for me.. You should login to the forums once every month, but just to be sure do it twice a month.
