Why is my site constantly going down?

Sometimes my site will be fine for a number of hours with no problems. At other times, it will work/stop working on and off every 2 minutes, and it's extremely annoying.

It was just down a few minutes ago and here's what my x10hosting account info said

Server Uptime Unknown

Server Load Unknown

Apache HTTP Offline

MySQL Online

Exim Offline

cPanel Online

FTP Online

DNS Online

It was down for a couple of minutes
But now it's back up and says

Server Uptime 2 days, 18:33

Server Load 1.53

Apache HTTP Online

MySQL Online

Exim Offline

cPane Online

FTP Online

DNS Online

And this happens more times than I can even count in a day.

This will start getting better, you're still seeing affects from the server merger (Vox & Stoli). We're cleaning up all the bad accounts at roughly 1 per 3 minutes. If the account it is removing is quite large it can cause problems like you're seeing. We will be all caught up soon.

Hm, my forum is still going down a decent bit. At least once a day.

Right now it's down and doesn't seem to be coming back up.
