Why is my site https://jobsavenue.x10hosting.com down most of the time. When visiting my site, the error msg displayed is "


Welcome to SSL-Explorer! A secure gateway to your network. "

WHy is this happening most of the time. I try visiting and chek whether it is down or not

and got the following msg "Unable to determine server of jobsavenue
Debug Info: $ip = 74.86.116.190"
