You can log into your account panel at https://x10hosting.com/panel and it will inform you on why it is suspended. If suspended for inactivity, you can unsuspend it yourself by clicking the unsuspend button. For all other suspension reasons, https://community.x10hosting.com/forums/unsuspension-requests.147/
