Why my account manager shows my used disk-space as 0?

Hi,

Today, I checked my website. It seems everything looks fine. However, when I check on my account manager, it shows that I did not use any disk-space. I tried to login through my CPanel, it doesn't work. It does not recognize my account. Then, I went to read other threads on the forum. I found that our account is being moved to another server. So, I just wonder whether 0-used-space and CPanel access deny happen because of that moving?

If so, the only thing I can do is waiting, right?

Your acount is on Absolut, on which the maintenance has already been performed. As for your cPanel, you will need to request a password reset.

So, how could I make a request to reset my password?

I'd never known what my server is. How can I find more information about the server benefits? and are there many type of server here?

You can post your request in either Server Move Issues or Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes. You can also check which server you're on by using this web-based tool.
