When did you sign up for your hosting account? Did you recieve a welcome e-mail that lists your Cpanel login and website URL? If not, your account may still be in queue and not created yet.

Logging into FTP will also be explained in the welcome e-mail you recieve.

I seem to have the same problem. It says that my domain is available. However this is probably due to the fact that I created the account 2 months back and did not upload my site (was out of station with a connection that wouldn't even upload a 2 kb file to save a life).

Anyway, I had my username, password, cpanel details in a mail that was sent to me but I can't log in to my cpanel. However, my account username and password (for x10hosting) still works.

I tried re-signing up for an account using the same username (thought I would be able to just add a domain to my account), but it didn't work and asks me to enter a new username. I don't want to do this as I think it will just create a mess of everything for the hosting site as well as me.

Any advice on how to get around this would be appreciated.

As I said before. The email gives me my login details however I cannot login to my cpanel as my domain doesn't exist. My account with x10hosting still exists but not my domain. So I guess what I need to do is add a domain to my account, which I've no idea how to do.
Edit:
Going through this thread I realise that this can be a bit confusing. Well, my problem is that my domain is available (and there's none linked to my account) and not the FTP problem (which I figure will sort itself out as soon as I get a domain and can log in to the cpanel).
Edit:
Update:
I received an email after my last post with the log-in details again. I just tried em and it's working. Thanks to whomever helped out :)

Cheers!
