why my host was suspended

i used cpanel to add a wordpress blog ,but you say
account's suspension history, ordered most recent to oldest
May 9 at 3:48 amsuspensionViolation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: phproxy scripts are prohibited on x10hosting servers.
why?i'm puzzled

You were suspended because you probably uploaded PHPProxy or a similar proxy script, which is against our Terms of Service and falls under zero tolerance policy.

Unless you would like to dispute that you did not upload this (and I'm assuming you are saying that you did not upload any proxy script), your account remains suspended.
