Why my hosting account in not working

Can you reactivate my hosting account?
I already have another hosting account with x10hosting.com is it effects to this issue.

Your account is unsuspended, but cPanel has messed up and failed to unsuspend you properly. I'm escalating this to staff who will unsuspend you manually

Also, you're only allowed one hosting account.
