Why MY RDP is treated like a VPN

Hi x10hosting team. I am trying to use the hosting panel from my Personal RDP. I am in USA and so is my RDP Server. Why you marked that as VPN or whatever? If you don't want people to use your free hosting just don't offer it. Why are you guys playing with users?

VPNs / Corporate Networks are not allowed. It will need to be accessed via your actual machine. That RDP server itself is likely not on a residential ISP network.
