why so slow?

I just signed up a few days ago. Logging into cPanel is sllllloooooowwww. I've tried 5 times now and the screens just sit at a half rendered state. If this is normal, I'm not going to be around long at all.
Edit:
Also, I can't log in to the Hordes webmail app. It just sits at the login screen trying to tell me to choose the Arabic(Oman) font set. Ya, that's useful.

Thats very odd, because cossacks is up and running (my sites on there).
My horde mail comes up and assumes I want british language, perhaps its detecting that somehow your PC is accepting this - there is a language prompt are you sure you're not agreeing to the arabic font?
