Your vBulletin install does not have a license# in it. If you actually own vbulletin and have a license # for your website, provide it to me (preferably via PM for privacy) and I will confirm it with vbulletin. If you do not, or if the license you provide is not valid, your account remains permanently suspended as vBulletin is paid software and you -cannot- use it without a license.
