Why was my account suspended for 'high resource useage"

My sites jfarraff.com and wp.jfarraff.com have only joomla and wp sample data loaded on them. No 'real' content and the sites are not publicized yet so why would such simple sites put such a high demand on resources that it would cause my account to get suspended?

Can you tell me any specifics as to what I can do about this?

You could check your error logs in cpanel, and see if there's a particular file that can't be found that the system is calling that could be responsible. Also disable any caching features, and see if that helps.
