Why was my account suspended?

How long your account has been up:2 or so months
Did you have the ads placed on every page:No, The page was still under construction. I had started work on the page when things came up in my life, i still put a few hours time every week or so to work on my page but i went to upload my site today and it had been suspended..

I was just wondering if i could get my account reinstated

Everybody whos doing a web page and is under construction can easily put a blank page with the ads up and put its under construction that could be the way to get the site up and not be suspended

...Its been Suspended again...and i DO have a page up that says under Construction..
