Why am I forbidden to access my own site?
It gives me a 403 error.

Login to FTP or cPanel File Manager and check your files especially your .htaccess file.

Are you using any CMS on your site?

No i am using HTML, i am actually allowed on cpanel and account panel.
But not my homepage on the internet
Edit: didn't find an .htaccess file
this happened right after someone restored some of my files
