why do i get a non- active message when i login to the Cpanel a lot. ?? at least 10-12 times this month.

cPanel is not the same as the Account Portal (AP)

Inactivity - You are required to visit the Account Portal (AP) at least once every 30 days
....you MUST LOG-IN to [ https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php ] with no more than 30 days between log-ins - this is NOT once a month - log-in on 10/01/2012 and 11/01/2012 would be 31 days
