Why?

Can any one tell me why when i go to my website it says server not found most of the time, that is really annoying me because when I'm in the middle of updating something on my site it says server not found.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Please and thank you.

The servers are a bit jumpy right now as they are being migrated (at least mySQL is). The site admin says he is removing alot of inactive accounts which should speed up the servers and maybe stabilize them a bit more.
